Click on “Current Tax Payments” or “Utility Billing Payments” on the menu on the left (circled in the below image). 

Make sure you are searching the “City of Auburn, Bay County” database (highlighted in below image).

Search by NAME or ADDRESS (the City of Auburn does not utilize the account number field).
