The Clerk shall also be the Clerk of the Commission and shall attend all meetings of the Commission and shall keep a permanent journal of its proceedings. In the event of the Clerk’s absence from any regular or special meeting of the Commission, the Mayor shall appoint a recording secretary for that meeting from among those persons present at said meeting.
The Clerk’s office is the hub of City Government. The inner workings of this department are what makes your City function in the most efficient way possible. This department has seen many changes in the last year. It has flourished and grown with our Community along with providing state of the art technology.
